There's a brief vid in the bonus tutorials section walking through the pack contents. The learning curve is quite steep on this one, as it goes from beginner level up to advanced quite quickly (despite being a 7-hour long course!), so if you're a beginner then don't stress about making it to the end! Just go as far as you can and then come back later when you want to progress further.

ALSO, Rob is currently working on another Loopcloud course, which will be entirely beginner level, showing how to create a complete track in the DAW using only Loopcloud.
