Great question Kris! They don't need to match no, although there are plenty of instances when they do. It all depends on the desired result. We can absolutely do a tutorial on this..... watch this space....

exactly, as Krannaken says, use as many stems as you like, or as you need to make it a remix, whilst also adding whatever sounds and samples you like to it
