Using Loopcloud manager with DAW working in 3/4, 6/8.

Hi! Working for the current sample challenge, though I finally produced my song in a beautiful 4/4, I started the project in 3/4 ( as the original song is) but sadly I found that even modifying the samples in my DAW, working with the Loopcloud manager is a mess because I can't sinchronize my samples with the project. I know, my samples are mainly in 4/4 and convert them to 3/4 or 6/8 maybe exceed the possibilities of A.I. and the manager. That's why I ask if there is a way to use it with other signatures than 4/4
