There's actually some tutorials coming this week giving comprehensive instructions on timing and pitching of stems, so hopefully these will help....

You can totally convert the stems to 4/4. Totally up to you though. 3/4 is a challenge and will require more experimentation in a lot of genres!
We'll cover these considerations and 4/4/ conversion in a stream next week.

Nice! Love the vibe. Cool chords sequence too. And a great epic lead with a lovely melody. Melodies aren't easy so very nice work! Production quality is good too.
Something you might like to work on in terms of improvements would be adding a bit more contrast to the arrangement as it's very static at the moment. Parts are coming in and out nicely and it stays interesting as a result, but there's not many energy or textural changes throughout the track, so you might want to think about ways of addressing that, e.g. bass or drums dropping out or filtering out briefly to create a temporary break, FX being used to build up tension and anticipation gradually as sections are about to end..... etc. all the stuff covered quite extensively in our recent arrangement tutorials and livestreams as it happens!
