Still struggling to really put in the work to get where I would like to be ( = producing a bona fide banger) but slowly improving all the same. Over the years I collected a lot of (V.A. and some analogue) synths but as of late I work almost exclusively 'in the box'  having acquired a h-u-g-e amount of vst's and samples over the years (which of course has its own drawback called 'choice paralysis'). Ableton Live is my default DAW but I try to get familiar with 'FL Studio' and 'Reason' in which I have invested plenty of money but never got to use.
